In the 21st. Century, the war on HIV / AIDS will NOT be won with the help of millions of dollars, nor hundreds of thousands of clinical aid workers, clinics or support groups. The war on HIV / AIDS will NOT be won with the help of media companies, ads or armies of activist groups. The city, state and federal governments will NOT help in winning the war against HIV / AIDS.

In the 21st. Century, the war on HIV / AIDS WILL be won because of one simple thought and suggestion - That thought and suggestion is that it is benifical and acceptable to have sex with your own HIV status. Regardless if you are HIV+ or HIV-negative. Serosorting and Safe Sex Serosorting BREAK the cycle of NEW HIV transmissions and make safe sex SAFER - GUARANTEED.

Fast forward to the present:

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) released a report in 2005 that indicated the HIV infection rate among men who have sex with men had decreased by one half over the previous four years.
